Under the direction of the General Services Manager, the Maintenance Planner works in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisors to provide effective planning, scheduling and supervision of maintenance activities and the administration of maintenance systems utilized in the department. The position is responsible for the development and administration of all planned maintenance shutdown lists, as well as the emergency shutdown list. The position also coordinates activities between trades, engineering, operations and contractors during both the development of the shutdown and actual implementation of the same, to ensure that activities are adhered to.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) monitors customer accounts and product performance to ensure quoted terms and conditions are adhered to and ensures order accuracy, prepares shipping instructions and drives customer satisfaction.This individual could be one of the customer’s first points of contact with the company, then acts as the customer’s voice throughout production to the delivery process.
Supervises and coordinates activities of production team members.
- Directly supervises shift personnel in sheeting, printing, die cutting, finishing, and laminating.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment.
The PQP Associate is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely collection, testing, reporting, and storing of sample material from the production floor as required for internal and Customer required print quality programs (PQP).
The Die Cutting Operator is responsible for the safe set up and operation of the die cutting equipment within the department. The individual ensures conformance to all Health and Safety Policies, Rules and Regulations and general housekeeping standards. Meets or exceeds production, quality and efficiency requirements at all times.
