The Printing Feeder is responsible for keeping the press running smoothly and for assisting the pressman, while maintaining quality which meets our customer's specifications. The individual ensures conformance to all health and safety policies, rules and regulations and general housekeeping standards. Meets or exceeds production, quality and efficiency requirements at all times.   The successful candidate will be required to work a continental shift schedule working nights from 6 PM - 6 AM.

The Offset Press Operator is responsible for producing quality printed products within production standard guidelines and customer specifications.

SUMMARY: Responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources necessary to safely and effectively manage the electrical and instrumentation function.  Implements all aspects of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).  Assigns E&I Team Members to daily and weekly maintenance jobs based on established schedules, and supervises employees in assigned tasks.  Enforces plant rules and safety policies and procedures including housekeeping.

This is a 2nd pressman or Feeder operator position depending on the skill level of the individual. If the individual has no experience they will enter in as a Feeder Operator and learn the role in hopes of progressing to 2nd pressman.  The Feeder Operator is responsible for keeping the press full of the required substrate while maintaining the appropriate press speed. He or she will help maintain ink fountains and help with make ready, wash up and learn the responsibilities of the Second Pressman.
