Summary

UP TO $6,000 SIGN ON BONUS

As a Production Technician – Night Shift, you will have the opportunity to learn what it takes to create high-quality paper board cartons while handling and operating the machinery that brings the magic to life! PAY:

$18.50 - $20.00/hour

Shift Differential: $1.50/hour

*Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, education/training, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

How you will impact PaperWorks:

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload raw materials, in-process stock, or finished goods onto and from various process equipment and machinery.
  • Finishing Equipment: Operate finishing equipment, which may include feeding, packing, palletizing, and stretch wrapping products as required.
  • Printing and Die Cutting: Assist in the unloading and staging of materials on printing and die-cutting equipment.
  • Powered Pallet Trucks: Utilize powered pallet trucks to move materials and finished products within the facility efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Follow detailed inspection standards to ensure the quality of products. Make minor adjustments to equipment as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Make-Readies: Participate in equipment make-readies to prepare for production runs.
