Pipefitter Maintenance Supervisor We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our pipefitter craft and drive safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance operations. In this role, you’ll assign daily and weekly work, coach and develop your team, support RCM practices, and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, on time, and to standard.

Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include paperboard finished products, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

We’re looking for a Process Engineer to improve manufacturing performance, enhance safety, and drive efficiency across our paperboard operations. You’ll optimize existing processes, introduce new technologies, and support day‑to‑day production success.

PaperWorks is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily mill operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met. In this role, you’ll coordinate crews, manage shift performance, and help drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
