The Press Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the printing press while maintaining quality meeting the customer specifications. The individual ensures conformance to all Health and Safety Policies, Rules and Regulations and general housekeeping standards while also meeting or exceeding production, quality and efficiency requirements at all times. The 2nd press operator helps the 1st press operator to execute cartons and trains to be a 1st press operator.
The press operator must possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience. This individual must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience operating large-format sheet fed lithographic printing presses.
