We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Wabash Mill. Reporting to the Machine Superintendent, you’ll guide teams to hit production targets, uphold safety and quality standards, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate shift operations to meet production goals and KPIs (safety, quality, efficiency).

  • Assign crews, manage schedules, and resolve operational challenges in real time.

  • Champion safety as our #1 company value, modeling best practices and driving improvement.

  • Monitor raw materials and board quality, making adjustments to ensure standards are met.

  • Build a motivated, high‑performing team through integrity, communication, and leadership.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of paper mill operations experience (manufacturing, production, or maintenance).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to lead teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • A proactive, can‑do attitude with a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
