The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager position is responsible for directing the development and execution of the lean/ continuous improvement program in a manufacturing, supply chain environment. In this key role, the CI Manager will initiate and deliver sustainable process improvements designed to exceed customer expectations while using lean strategies to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
