    Summary

    We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will promote and grow our brand at PaperWorks. We're seeking an entrepreneurial, out-of-the box thinker who will create dynamic communications programs to support sales and deliver positive public relations and customer experiences. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop a digital and social media content plan, campaign tactics, and track analytics.
    • Liaise with Executive Leadership, Sales and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency across all social campaigns and channels.
    • Boost brand awareness and enhance web presence.
    • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media and other forums – act as the “brand voice” for customers, employees and in talent acquisition.
    • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of content campaigns and community engagement; use insights from social media management tools and data to drive continuous improvement.
    • Identify social media trends, trending topics and opportunities to make PaperWorks an influencer in “the conversation”.
    • Collaborate across departments, implement customer and employee feedback, innovate on strategies, and help develop best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or relevant field.
    • 3 -5 years of experience, at least one year with direct social media management experience.
    • Skilled understanding of core social media channels – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, and management tools inclusive of posting, social listening and content generation.
    • Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strategic content creation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
