The Printing Feeder is responsible for keeping the press running smoothly and for assisting the pressman, while maintaining quality which meets our customer's specifications. The individual ensures conformance to all health and safety policies, rules and regulations and general housekeeping standards. Meets or exceeds production, quality and efficiency requirements at all times.
Removes the excess waste material around or between the die cut cartons by performing the folowing duties.
The Maintenance Mechanic will repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties.
PAY RATES:
Starting Pay $21 - $35 per hour depending on experience
SHIFT:
Night Shift, 7pm to 7am on Continental Schedule
Train to become a proficient, competent Die Cutter Operator by working with and assisting the Die Cutter Operators. Learn to competently make mechanical adjustments and set up equipment according to the job ticket specifications. Learn to maintain and operate Die Cutting Machine(s) at the required production speeds while controlling quality, waste, safety, and housekeeping standards.
The Bobst assistant make-ready jobs that are assembled in the pre-press room and staged behind the presses. They do this by exchanging the tooling from the previous job that was on press with the job going to press. It is their responsibility to make -ready the job, get it up and running at max speed while doing quality checks and troubleshooting to get the best production possible.
This is a 2nd pressman or Feeder operator position depending on the skill level of the individual. If the individual has no experience they will enter in as a Feeder Operator and learn the role in hopes of progressing to 2nd pressman.
The Feeder Operator is responsible for keeping the press full of the required substrate while maintaining the appropriate press speed. He or she will help maintain ink fountains and help with make ready, wash up and learn the responsibilities of the Second Pressman.

Base Salary

In this role, you will maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, and pneumatic systems and components. As a Maintenance Technician you will apply your knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and apply skills in restoring the machines to operation.
PAY
$25.00 – $40.00/hour
Shift Differential: $1.50/hour

The Quality PQP Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining the Production Quality Plan. The incumbent will assist the Quality Manager in achieving and maintaining the PACsecure certification.
The Maintenance Mechanic will repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties.

Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include paperboard finished products, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The position will maintain, service, and repair plant machinery, electrical, and facilities. Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical conditions.
