  • Overview

    As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the most visible member of the Paperworks team, providing customer support. You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You are diplomatic, a superb listener, a hands-on problem solver and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be comfortable managing and analyzing data for reports.


    Develop relationships with customer. Performs all responsibilities with the customer's best interest in mind

    • Identifies and resolves day-to-day customer issues; effectively handles and deals with conflict and negotiates alternatives
    • Go above and beyond for the customer; provide extra follow-up, make personal phone calls and visits, remain visible; provide constant communication; demonstrate a helpful, service attitude.
    • Overall helps support the PaperWorks' culture of building customer relationships.
    • Accountable for compiling accurate and complete job specifications
    • Work closely with Master Scheduler to communicate upcoming changes, rush orders, delays in components/raw materials that may impact the scheduling horizon
    • Coordinate scheduling and capacity planning activities with supply base for finished goods, semi· finished goods and outwork services
    • Communicate with suppliers to review scheduling issues and maintain inventory of materials and components as needed
    • Issue purchase orders and/or requisitions for finished goods and semi-finished goods, raw materials and components in accordance with policy and maintain procurement business system data input and integrity
    • Execute tasks in an organized manner; consistently following daily processes and schedules; maintain a proactive approach focused on preventing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Proactively seek ways to improve service and bring added value to the customer and Paperworks
    • Process daily pick list for warehouse/shipping personnel
    • Maintain a professional, polished, courteous and outgoing attitude and appearance
    • Remain flexible in your role and willingly provide support to the management team
    • Review customer forecasts and schedules in order to determine correct quantities and dates of deliveries
    • Assume responsibility for inventory accuracy by participating in a physical count once per month
    • And other duties as assigned


    • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred  
    • College Degree, prefered
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills. Good communication.
    • Knowledge of scheduling, planning or production schedules
    • Ability to multi-task and produce highly detailed, quality work with very low error rate
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve problems in a demanding, time pressured environment with tight deadlines
