    PaperWorks is looking for a Sales Operations Leader to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.  The Sales Operations Leader will be an ambassador between sales, our manufacturing team and our customer, one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies.  The position is based in our customer’s centralized facility. 

     

    As our Sales Operations Leader you will be responsible for providing daily, on-site support in all areas of the business such as customer service, forecasting, pricing, supply chain, continuous improvement and reporting.  To be successful in this role, you must be an autonomous self-starter with outstanding interpersonal capabilities coupled with highly-effective time management skills.  As an advisor to the broader team, our Sales Operations Leader will serve as a key contributor in developing business tactics and delivering customer insights. 

     

    This is a fantastic opportunity to liaise with our internal and external customer groups in a unique role that contributes directly towards our overall Packaging Sales strategies. 

    Responsibilities

    • Compile, analyze and communicate customer specific information and data, such as historical, forecast and trends.   
    • Build trusting, communicative and indispensable customer relationships and deliver world class service.
    • Partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to develop and deliver presentations to support key business objectives.
    • Provide customer facing reports and documents. Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics with strategy recommendations to support key business initiatives. 
    • Assist with timely quotation, pricing and billing related matters.
    • Participate in projects and cross-functional project teams focused on improving business financial performance.
    • Provide management with insightful observations and suggestions for improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
    • Meaningful experience with supply chain processes including sales, inventory, operations and planning.   
    • Ability to build key relationships with team members across the organization and develop an informal network of internal consultants.
    • Possess strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize work, while maintaining attention to detail is critical.
    • Highly proficient competency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
