  • Overview

    Effectively coordinates and synthesizes key information and data between and across various teams including Sales, Manufacturing, Scheduling, and Customer service to ensure met delivery schedules and efficient plant operations. High demand scheduling function.


    • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) and Account Executives (AE’s) to determine Sales Forecast for use in operations and business planning.
    • Develop master production plan for operations to meet monthly and long-term sales forecast respective of inventory balance.
    • Lead site-specific SIOP process using statistical forecasting tool to provide a baseline for sales forecast.
    • Maintain inventory levels necessary across WIP and FG necessary to support customer requirements and balance production efficiencies.
    • Complete facility Load Plan document to enable labor pool calculations.
    • Provide analytical support to determine item stocking strategy.
    • Create and provide metrics and measurements, as well as exception management reports to analyze program effectiveness and opportunities.
    • Streamline, standardize and maintain planning/scheduling processes, driving improvement steps, documentation, and training.
    • Elevates issues as appropriate to Manager- Logistics and other internal resources.
    • Responsible for operating within policies & procedures, and maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements; including compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures and SafeStart practices.



    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or Production Operations Management preferred; Associate degree in related field required and 3-5 years of recent production planning in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience in a high demand scheduling function
    • Extremely organized with strong time-management, problem solving, communication and project management skills
    • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Understanding of purchasing, inventory and warehouse operational processes.
    • Strong interpersonal, teambuilding and leadership skills.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables and implement solutions to correct.
    • Must be detail oriented, organized and energetic.
    • MRP/ERP system experience and knowledge.
