Effectively coordinate and synthesize key information and data between and across various teams including Sales, Manufacturing, Scheduling, and Customer service to ensure met delivery schedules and efficient plant operations using the AVP system.  High demand scheduling function.




  • Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) and Account Executives (AE’s) to determine Sales Forecast for use in operations and business planning.
  • Develop master schedule for operations to meet monthly and long-term sales forecast respective of inventory balance.
  • Lead site-specific SIOP process using statistical forecasting tool to provide a baseline for sales forecast.
  • Maintain inventory levels necessary across WIP and FG necessary to support customer requirements and balance production efficiencies.
  • Complete facility Load Plan document to enable labor pool calculations.
  • Provide analytical support to determine item stocking strategy.
  • Create and provide metrics and measurements, as well as exception management reports to analyze
  • program effectiveness and opportunities.
  • Streamline, standardize and maintain planning/scheduling processes, driving improvement steps, documentation, and training.
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent communications skills along with the ability to set and drive expectations and ongoing improvements.
  • Ensures safety rules and procedures are followed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimun Requirements & Skills

  • Hands-on, high initiative individual, able to work collaboratively across the organization\
  • Experience in a high demand scheduling function
  • Understanding of purchasing, inventory and warehouse operational processes.
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Production Operations Management preferred; Associate degree in related field required
  • 3-5 years of recent production planning in a MANUFACTURING environment is a MUST
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must have proficiency utilizing an ERP system such as QAD, IQMS, SAP, Oracle for planning and scheduling
  • Must possess excellent project management, problem solving, and communications skills
  • Experience with and lean manufacturing
  • Experience in managing projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to Multi-Task.
