As our Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for generating target performance, customer alignment, and predictive analytics for the Corporate Sales Team to help focus their efforts and maximize impact to meet revenue performance goals.  You will consolidate sales data from our manufacturing plants for use in budgets, forecasts and monthly close. You are the “gatekeeper” for all sales data.  As an advisor to the broader Sales Team, you will serve as a key contributor in developing business tactics and delivering customer insights.



  • Maintain and improve tools, reports, and dashboards such as an account planning tool the Corporate Sales Team can use to drive strategic focus within their target customers.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance and Management Teams in developing forecast, budget and month end presentations to support key financial business objectives.
  • Provide customer facing reports and documents.
  • Assist in development of key metrics for Sales, Finance and Management Teams.
  • Influence business partners to utilize scorecards and dashboards to make data driven decisions.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics with strategy recommendations to support key business initiatives. 
  • Interpret financial and operational metrics results using data and facts to drive change / behavior.
  • Participate in projects and cross-functional project teams focused on improving business unit financial performance.
  • Provide management with insightful observations and suggestions for improvement.



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • Excel skills including Pivot tables, Indexes function, VLOOKUP, Macro building, etc.
  • SQL is a plus.
  • SharePoint and Data Warehousing or Business Objects a plus.
  • Work experience to include financial analysis and modeling.
  • Meaningful experience with enterprise-level data mining tools.
  • Highly proficient to expert competency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build key relationships with team members across the organization and develop an informal network of internal consultants.
  • Possess strong analytical, project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize work, while maintaining attention to detail is critical.
